S.H.I.N.E.
Our Supporting and Honing Skills through Innovative and Novel Experiences (S.H.I.N.E) program provides transition services for adolescents ages 14-17. The services include academic, behavioral, and mental health support, post-secondary education, and vocational preparation. Additionally, adolescent parenting support and advocacy are provided if needed.
T.L.C.
Our Transitional Living and Learning Center (T.L.C.) program provides a home and community for young men and women ages 18-24. The program supports the development of young adults through transition components that include job and career readiness training and placement, independent living skills, mental health awareness and support, financial proficiency, and tertiary education. Additionally, young adult parenting support and advocacy are provided if needed.
S.I.L.V.E.R.
Our Supporting and Implementing Learning Victories with Educators through Ongoing and Vital Resources (S.I.L.V.E.R.) program provides personalized training to school districts and organizations regarding our transition services. The Services offered include English as a Second Language, special education, and behavioral support for adolescents and young adults.
